  Never have I been offended so much in my life! Will never be back and will tell others not to go!!!!
  I went to do the grocery shop at Aldi which is next door and needed a few final things so went around to Coles, when checking out- The lady started grabbing other items out of my trolley saying that I needed to pay for these. Accusing me of stealing. I told her to stop touching and going through my bags and I'd happily provide a receipt from Aldi for the items this wasn't good enough. The attitude I received and language was completely not acceptable. I showed this foul mouthed individual my receipt and asked for an apology. As she opened her mouth she said sorry for doing my job and have a nice day. Your job is too accuse customers of theft and finger there groceries and smile through your gritted teeth????. I am appalled that a company like Cole's would employ someone like this. DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!

  Coles is air conditioned. You can come here on hot day and spend some time in the freezer section. Mahyo admire ice cream from the distance. Chocolate ice cream to be exact. Mahyo also look at peas. Peas are little green balls. If you are too cold you can move to the roast chicken section. Watch out. Do not touch because it is too hot. Here you can buy coles brand chicken or lilydale roast chicken. It will be good to eat with beer. But if you are a young person, you should drink water instead. But not Evian water because it contains plastic according to a recent study.

  This coles is my local coles, it does seem to always let me down with stock. Most staff are rude.. one in particular, older check out lady with an almost shaved head, usually works at the smoke counter.. you can bet everyday she looks like she is forced to be there, constantly roles her eyes and very rude but the other day really got me. A man was walking around outside of coles swearing and making a scene - people in coles started to watch on and she threw the baskets down saying don’t yous have anything better to do.. then started walking around the store swearing quietly to herself something about she didn’t give a f**k who he was blah blah... she needs to remember families are inside this store and we would probably all prefer if our children were not exposed to such behaviour from a worker who should be setting an example.

  Store is conveniently located with good parking. However be prepared for a long, long wait at checkout. Very poorly staffed- feel sorry for the staff that work under pressure there.

  Staff has no clue what they are doing and they are so unfriendly. Worse store ever dont ever go to this store
