I came to shorten my new shoes high heel, the younger guy quickly grap them saying to check out if they can be done, then come back with a price which i don't agree to go with. Then he said he can't put the shoe back to it orgirinal condition and he forces me pay to put it back to what it was when i brought the shoes over ... waste of time and money for nothing
