  The worst car wash. Their eftpos machine charged me $12.50 for a $4 service which was a rip off. Also, when i put in money into the wending machine to get some surface/ Dashboard cleaning wipes the machine took the money but did not discharged anything and when i went in to complain the attendant told me that they will get the manager to look into this the next day. I did not receive any call back from the manager and the attendant told me that the carwash is not part of their pump and they can’t do anything in this. The worst car wash and just the biggest rip off.

  Worst Experience at Nights.
  
  This console Operator says BP policy Prepay time. He didn’t allow anyone without paying for fuel upfront. I was saying him I have to fill the tank full however this operator can’t allows me to do it. Better skip this BP store at night rather than disappoint yourself by visiting this worst store ever again. They’re near two Gas Stations with 100 meters they were better than this with good customer service. I recommend trying at-night rides exclusively.
  
  How he can guess the full tank of a car? Should have taken a physical I'd of customer. If someone has to fill a full tank. Please BP train your staff properly.

  Useless rewards service..missing my points twice after filled up petrol here ,even I was told it is scanned successfully but no point added onto my card . Being a loyal customer for this place but will néver go back again Cheaky BP rewards

  I went in to replace a gas bottle, made more difficult given the aloofness of the staff. He either didn't know or couldn't care less quite honestly. Not a great start. To top it off I made a purchase of a doughnut, simple enough. Of which the the bottom was almost entirely covered in blue mould. Just disgusting and genuine health risk. And gross. Really gross. I am left incredulous by a truly remarkable failure of a basic task.
  1 star is too high but the limitations of the platform means I have to leave something

  If I could give a rating for Abuse I would.
  Just because you have a business where I assume you have petrol drive off's, doesn't give you the right to attack and abuse me and accuse me of stealing and threaten to call the police.
  If anyone is in the mood for an argument head to this BP. Arrogant Aggressive disrespectful Staff.
